The DPF REGENERATOR has been designed to perform the thermal regeneration of particulate filters, as well as other components of the aftertreatment system, such as DOC and SCR, in a controlled, stable and safe manner.
It is a machine designed for workshops that need to work with temperature, pressure and time in a precise way, with a compact equipment and prepared for professional use.
The process is based on the supply of high-pressure air through a tubular heater connected to the component by means of adapters. The hot air enters the after-treatment system to perform the thermal regeneration phase and, once completed, the equipment maintains the air flow to rapidly cool the assembly and complete the cycle.
In this way, the workshop has a specific solution for heat treatments on filters and exhaust components, with a clear operation and a more professional management of the process.

One of the strengths of the DPF REGENERATOR is its adjustability. The equipment allows working with step-controlled temperature parameters for controlled particulate filter regeneration.
It allows to configure: pressure, cycle time and blower stop delay, which makes it easier to adapt the process to different types of filter and work needs. It also incorporates display of temperature, air pressure, remaining time and alarms.
This gives the workshop more control, more repeatability and a more technical approach to thermal regeneration work.
