DPF DRYER -  The DPF Filter Drying Machine with Hot Air

The DPF DRYER has been developed to realise the drying of particulate filters quickly, safely and reliably and efficient after the cleaning process. It is a solution for garages that need to deliver the filter completely dry, reduce waiting times and further professionalise the service.

After washing, drying is a key phase. Residual moisture inside the filter can lengthen the process, delay assembly and affect the internal flow if not properly removed. Therefore, having specific equipment for this stage allows you to work with more control, more agility and better results.

The system works by blowing high pressure air through a tubular heater connected to the filter by means of clamps and adapters. Once the heating phase is complete, the equipment continues to blow air to rapidly cool the assembly and complete the drying process in a controlled manner. .

The result is a simple, clean and efficient process, designed to be easily integrated into the daily operations of DPF, DOC and SCR cleaning workshops.

📌 FAQ - Frequently asked questions DPF DRYER

The installed power of the equipment is 6 kW.

It works with three-phase supply 380V / 50Hz.

It can work with all particulate filters and straight cylindrical filters within the indicated ranges.

The usual working temperature is 150- 200 ºC.

It depends on the size of the filter, its geometry and the degree of humidity after cleaning. There is no single time, because each filter may require a different cycle. Approximately one vehicle filter may take 30-45 minutes to dry.
